LYCOS donates 20% of the proceeds to the Epilepsy Foundation on every sale of its purple color Smart Band or Smart Ring to support community wellbeing. LYCOS LIFE has participated in the Epilepsy Foundation's event, 'Talk About It for Epilepsy!' Netathon, which was presented by Sunovion, co-hosted by Epilepsy Foundation spokespersons and celebrities. The celebrities included Greg Grunberg, of 'Heroes,' 'Heroes Reborn,' and 'Star Wars: The Force Awakens' fame (Greg's son is living with epilepsy) and Rick Harrison of 'Pawn Stars' fame (Rick Harrison is a Board member of the Epilepsy Foundation).

Stars from stage, screen, music, and comedy performed live and shared information about epilepsy and seizures. It was a twelve hour event which was broadcast live online, from Hollywood on June 27, 2015.

LYCOS LIFE's purple colored Smart Bands and Smart Rings were promoted through the event.

In support of the Epilepsy Foundation, LYCOS LIFE aims to sell at least 5000 Smart Bands and Smart Rings. Contributing to the Epilepsy foundation is our way of supporting Epilepsy patients with new avenues to better health care management/resources. At LYCOS LIFE we humbly light a candle in this cause.
